Michael Westafer - President & CEO
Michael Westafer is a new breed of marketer. Over the past decade and most notably in recent years, technology has literally transformed business operations. While traditional marketers have been clutching to old tactics, Michael Westafer has been paving the way for marketing integration – the link between marketing and technology. With a strong educational background in design and technology along with extensive professional experience working with some of the most reputable companies, Michael has quickly established himself as a leading expert in both marketing and technology.
Over his career Michael has served as an award-winning Creative Director, an innovative Vice President of Marketing and Technology, and now a pioneering CEO and successful business owner of Roger West Creative and Code.
Chris Aybar - Director of Technology
Chris Aybar is our technical genius. Although he has no relation to the professional baseball player, he is playing in a league of his own. With 15 years of experience providing technical support and consulting, Chris has developed company-wide Intranet systems, tracking tools, and web services for some of the largest names in business, with extensive experience in the Insurance market.
At Roger West, Chris manages the design and development of web and server-side applications, custom software packages, content management tools, and e-commerce solutions. He is a Certified Microsoft Professional, and develops Windows based Applications. Whether you need a slammin’ software package or a change-up to your content management system - Chris is ready to handle any curve ball you might throw his way.
Shanna Kurpe - Director of Marketing
As the marketing specialist for our agency, Shanna is responsible for generating new opportunities for Roger West and acting as a marketing resource to our clients. From public relations and brand management, to online marketing and content development, Shanna delivers results-driven marketing solutions for both our agency and for our clients.
Shanna is native to Florida and earned her M.A. from Florida State University in Integrated Marketing and Management Communication. Before joining the Roger West team, she worked with various not-for-profit organizations to create and implement communication strategies that have targeted legislators, policymakers, business leaders, community members, minority populations and youth and young adults. She is also an experienced copywriter and award-winning author.
Kelli Kreighbaum - Associate Art Director
If you ask Kelli what she does to relax, her answer will be short: I read design books. You see, Kelli is obsessed with design. She’s been doing it since she was 8. Her passion is telling a client’s story through the careful creation of a corporate logo and brand identity, yet she is equally talented in new media and online design. As an award-winning designer for both print and interactive design, Kelli offers a unique creative mix to meet our client’s integrated marketing needs.
With experience working for some of Tampa’s most recognizable brands, Kelli has created high-end corporate identities, marketing collateral, HTML emails, banner advertisements and websites for a diverse portfolio of clientele. At Roger West, Kelli co-leads the design team in the creative execution of both online and offline marketing campaigns.
Allison Nold - Designer
Allison brings a range of art and design disciplines to the Roger West team. As one of our designers, she showcases her strengths in typography, brand strategy and user interface design on a number of marketing projects for our clients. From corporate identities and traditional print, to visual interaction design, Allison’s work exemplifies our appreciation for complete brand experiences.
Through her award-winning designs and proactive participation in the creative community, it is evident that Allison is enthusiastic and passionate about her work. Keep an eye out for this emerging talent; she’s the fashionable one in cowgirl boots!
