With a strong educational background in design and technology along with extensive professional experience working with some of the most reputable companies, Michael has quickly established himself as a leading expert in both marketing and technology.

Over his career Michael has served as an award-winning Creative Director, an innovative Vice President of Marketing and Technology, and now a pioneering CEO and successful business owner of Roger West Creative and Code.

Chris Aybar - Director of Technology

Chris AybarChris Aybar is our technical genius. Although he has no relation to the professional baseball player, he is playing in a league of his own. With 15 years of experience providing technical support and consulting, Chris has developed company-wide Intranet systems, tracking tools, and web services for some of the largest names in business, with extensive experience in the Insurance market.

At Roger West, Chris manages the design and development of web and server-side applications, custom software packages, content management tools, and e-commerce solutions. He is a Certified Microsoft Professional, and develops Windows based Applications. Whether you need a slammin’ software package or a change-up to your content management system - Chris is ready to handle any curve ball you might throw his way.
