Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying, contacting and acquiring new accounts through direct sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a self-motivated drive for success and will aggressively meet and exceed sales goals.

Core Responsibilities include

  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to identify target accounts and new opportunities for Roger West
  • Recommend strategy for reaching target accounts
  • Engage target accounts through phone calls and other direct sales communications
  • Manage and track new and existing accounts using a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Requirements

  • 2 years minimum experience in an Inside Sales role
  • At least an Associate’s degree or an equivalent of 2 years of higher education is required, Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of consistent growth of sales revenue, account value and account volume
  • Solid understanding of Internet and Technology as is relates to marketing goals and initiatives
  • Strong phone and other interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience using a CRM to manage relationships and track results
  • Sales training with Sandler Sales Institute or similar program a PLUS

Software Engineer/Architect

We're seeking a full-time, temp-to-perm Software Engineer/Architect with a strong .Net background and more than three years of experience developing 3-tier applications. Experience within the Health Insurance industry is a plus, but not a requirement.

One of the following certifications or equivalent is required:

  • Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS)
  • Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCPD)
  • Microsoft Certified Application Developer (MCAD)
  • Microsoft Certified Software Developer (MCSD)
  • .Net 3.5 Certification
