  Customer Care Welcome Kit

  Tribridge understands that their most valuable asset is their existing clients, so they go out of their way to provide them with high-quality resources. One of those resources is a welcome kit designed by Roger West, complete with welcome letter, services summary, important contact information, a rewards program, mouse pad and more.

  Tech Jam Print Marketing

  Each year the Tampa Bay Technology Forum hosts Tech Jam, an event with a purpose to benefit the TBTF Foundation. In addition to the branding services provided by Roger West, the design team created a high-quality print ad for publication in magazines and a postcard mailer sent to thousands of recipients.

  C3 Product Launch Teaser Campaign

  Before the release of their new C3 product, Phytel wanted to launch a teaser campaign to generate word of mouth hype about the approaching release. To promote a sneak preview event for the new product, Roger West Creative & Code designed a traditional direct mail piece, and an HTML email, plus a trade show booth for the product demo at the event.

  Pop-Up Screen Design

  The TBTF Foundation approached Roger West Creative to design a pop-up screen ad to be used at live events. The Foundation wanted a clean design that reflected their mission to encourage, equip and empower students – and that’s what they got!

  The Roger West creative team designed this graphic as a visual representation of integrated marketing communications. Used in the seminar Is the Juice Worth the Squeeze?, this graphic shows that an integration of branding, lead generation and nurture campaigns can generate tasty results. Many companies effectively achieve 1 out of 3; some might even achieve 2 out of 3; but very few effectively execute all 3 – and that’s where the Juice can be found!

  The Tribridge marketing team writes and regularly publishes a case study featuring customer projects. The creative team at Roger West brands each case study before it is released, and also designs a matching web button to promote online downloads.
